Responsabile Facility & Building

Per azienda del settore metalmeccanico sita in zona Varese, stiamo ricercando un / una Responsabile Facility & Building . Il ruolo prevede la gestione e la manutenzione dei siti italiani e il coordinamento di quelli esteri. Il candidato ricercato dovrà svolgere le seguenti attività: Coordination of project planning and site management, ensuring timelines, costs, resources, and workload distribution across project phases. Design and develop layout improvement projects for offices and manufacturing facilities, including restructuring, expansion, and energy efficiency projects aligned with sustainability directives, managing contractors, suppliers, and consultants. Ensure the functionality of routine general services such as cleaning, access control, heating/cooling of offices and factories, defining service providers to achieve high service levels, reliability, quality, and cost efficiency. Also, ensure the functionality of extraordinary services such as maintenance, landscaping, and managing relationships with public authorities (e.g., Municipality, Fire Department) for ongoing activities and improvement projects (e.g., building expansions). Requisiti ricercati: At least 4-5 years of experience in a similar role within manufacturing environments. Good knowledge of technical drawing for layout development. Organizational skills in managing services, with strong analytical and inspection capabilities of assets and systems to identify deviations and implement corrective actions. Excellent project management skills, respecting deadlines, organization, and accuracy. Ability to work in teams and across functions to achieve objectives. Experience in managing budgets for routine expenses and special improvement projects. Good command of English and proficiency in MS Office complete the profile. J-18808-Ljbffr
