Job Description: Our client, a major player in the recycling market, is looking for an ERP Specialist - Supply Chain to lead European ERP implementations, optimize financial modules, and provide strategic advice to Business Owners and Key Users. The role aims to deliver top-tier Infor M3 ERP solutions to ensure operational excellence and alignment with business goals. Core Responsibilities Serve as the subject matter expert for INFOR M3 modules in manufacturing, logistics, procurement, sales, and distribution. Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, and go-live support. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and recommend system-based solutions. Configure and optimize workflows within INFOR M3 to improve operational efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently. Provide technical guidance and training to end-users for successful system adoption. Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides. Monitor system performance and suggest improvements. Stay updated on INFOR M3 updates, industry trends, and best practices, recommending system enhancements. Manage collaboration with external ERP consultants. Job Requirements Must Have: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. At least 2 years of experience with INFOR M3, focusing on operations modules. Experience in consultancy or IT department roles performing similar functions. Experience with major ERP systems (e.g., Infor, SAP, JDEdwards, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite). Proven ERP implementation experience in SCM processes. Hands-on experience configuring and implementing M3 modules, including customizations and integrations. Deep understanding of supply chain and manufacturing processes. Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of ERP best practices and compliance requirements. Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written. Nice to Have: Additional European languages. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple ERP projects simultaneously.
