Location: Bulgaria Duration: The intended start date is July 2025 and the period of implementation will be 20 months . Qualifications and skills: At least a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field. Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English. Proficiency in grid modelling software (e.g., PSS/E, DIgSILENT, PowerFactory, or similar) is an asset. At least 10 years of professional experience in power system planning, grid integration of renewable energy, and energy infrastructure projects. Experience conducting grid impact assessments, interconnection studies, and regulatory compliance reviews, demonstrated in at least three projects. Knowledge of grid codes, transmission planning, and smart grid technologies is an asset. Experience working with EU power system operators and regulators is an asset.
