Location: Bulgaria. Duration: The project is scheduled to start in July 2025 with an implementation period of 20 months . Qualifications and Skills: At least a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field (minimum requirement). Excellent written and spoken English skills (minimum requirement). Proficiency in grid modelling software (e.g., PSS/E, DIgSILENT, PowerFactory) is an asset. Minimum 10 years of professional experience in power system planning, renewable energy grid integration, and energy infrastructure projects (minimum requirement). Experience with grid impact assessments, interconnection studies, and regulatory compliance, demonstrated in at least three projects (minimum requirement). Knowledge of grid codes, transmission planning, and smart grid technologies is an asset. Experience working with EU power system operators and regulators is an asset.
