Project Development Manager - Italy

Support to Project Managers : provide ongoing support to the Project Managers in planning, coordination, and execution of project activities, ensuring smooth project delivery. Review of Technical Project Documents : evaluate design documents, drawings, calculations, and technical reports to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and project specifications. Consultant Interface and Coordination : collaborate with external consultants and local engineering firms to ensure the proper implementation of technical project documentation Collaboration with the Enlight’s Engineering Team : work with the Enlight engineering team and other professionals to ensure that key technical requirements are met during the project development phase, in compliance with Italian industry regulations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering – a must (preferably Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering), Master's degree – an advantage. Experience in developing projects within Italy – a must, experience with working with global companies – an advantage. Strong knowledge of reviewing technical project documents, including drawings, specifications, and technical reports – an advantage. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to solar, wind and BESS projects - an advantage. Italian – Mother Tongue. High level of English (technical, speaking, reading and writing) High motivation, excellent interpersonal skills, independent working capabilities, strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to details.
