Job Description

Job Opportunity: Legal Specialist Eleventy World S.r.l., a leading Italian company in the fashion retail sector, is seeking a Legal Specialist with 3-4 years of experience, preferably in the fashion/retail industry. The successful candidate will report directly to the General Counsel and support all legal activities of the company. Responsibilities: Negotiation and drafting of sector-specific contracts (franchising, selective distribution, supply, licensing, services, etc.) Protection of intellectual property portfolio (IP) Management of litigation and interaction with external legal advisors Corporate compliance regarding privacy and Legislative Decree 231/2001 Management of insurance coverages related to the company Support for corporate secretarial activities: convening Board meetings, drafting minutes, maintaining company registers, managing proxies Assistance in extraordinary operations such as company formation/acquisitions Requirements: Degree in Law 3-4 years of legal experience, preferably in fashion/retail Deep knowledge of commercial and corporate law Experience in managing and negotiating sector-specific contracts Knowledge of compliance regulations (privacy, Legislative Decree 231/2001) Excellent command of English, both written and spoken Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Sense of responsibility and excellent problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Teamwork attitude and willingness for continuous professional learning Offer: Dynamic and international work environment Competitive salary based on experience Opportunities for professional growth within a prestigious fashion company J-18808-Ljbffr
