Legal Specialist

Job Opportunity: Legal Specialist Eleventy World S.r.l., a leading Italian company in the fashion retail sector, specializing in high-quality clothing and accessories, is seeking a Legal Specialist with 3-4 years of experience, preferably in the fashion/retail industry. The selected candidate will report directly to the General Counsel and assist in all legal activities of the company. Responsibilities include: Negotiation and drafting of sector-specific contracts (franchising, selective distribution, supply, licensing, services, etc.). Protection of intellectual property portfolio (IP). Management of litigation and interaction with external legal advisors. Corporate compliance regarding privacy and Legislative Decree 231/2001. Handling of insurance coverage obligations. Support in corporate secretarial activities: convening Board meetings, drafting minutes, maintaining corporate books, managing proxies. Assistance in extraordinary operations such as company formation/acquisitions. Requirements: Law degree (Jurisprudence). 3-4 years of legal experience, preferably in fashion/retail sectors. Deep knowledge of commercial and corporate law. Experience in managing and negotiating sector-specific contracts. Knowledge of compliance regulations (privacy, D.Lgs. 231/2001). Excellent written and spoken English skills. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Sense of responsibility and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
