About the role: We are seeking an Internal Sales professional in our IoT, Data & AI business unit . The successful candidate will be responsible for processes and vendor pricing , managing all quotes and closing orders . Responsibilities: Engage in active inside selling using various sources to gather customer information Manage customer backorders and reports, leveraging specialist knowledge, and engage in "intelligent project fishing" Manage projects end-to-end or coordinate with pre-sales for technical requirements Provide, sell, and negotiate product information , pricing , special offers , and promotions Drive sales of specific products/vendors requiring specialized knowledge Generate and maintain a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX’s CRM system, ensuring active closure of opportunities Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience Knowledge of Data & AI product sets and IT industry Excellent telephone manner and effective communication skills Ability to achieve set targets Understanding of sales processes Fluent in Italian and English is a MUST What We Offer: Hybrid work model (2 days in-office, 3 days remote) Valuing continuous learning with clear progression plans Health insurance and additional benefits At TD SYNNEX, we embrace diversity and promote equal opportunities.
