The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads and converting customer interests into sales transactions in coordination with the field sales team and Pre-sales Engineers, as well as overseeing and training the Sales Representatives as needed. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Handle Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) promptly by reaching out to customers for qualification and converting MQLs to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). Attract prospects and identify lead generation strategies and opportunities contributing towards an annual revenue target. Drive SQLs and successfully close deals in coordination with the field sales team and Pre-sales Engineers. Follow up daily with customers and partners on open opportunities. Accelerate the pipeline to closure, avoiding lost deals and stalled transactions. Forecast accurate deals weekly, monthly, and quarterly. Complete all product trainings, stay up to date, and present the company’s product portfolio to end users. Ensure Salesforce is always updated and all activities are logged correctly. Build quotes in Salesforce and secure discount approvals when necessary. Oversee the daily activities of the Inside Sales Representatives and address issues as appropriate. Lead and coach the team, cultivating empowerment and ownership. Align human capital and capabilities with the company HR strategy at the departmental level. Act as an agent of change, challenging departmental structures and processes to support change initiatives. Develop capabilities and establish a solid succession plan. CANDIDATE PROFILE Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field. At least 4 years of experience in a similar role within the IT sector. Fluency in English and Greek, both written and verbal. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong work ethic and integrity. Team-player.
