We are looking for a Resource Manager. The Resource Manager is responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and maintaining a network of language professionals who meet client and project requirements. Key Responsibilities Continuously source, evaluate, and recruit professionals to expand the qualified resource pool using targeted strategies across various channels. Build and maintain a high-quality, accurate, and current database of professionals. Assess professionals thoroughly to identify the best fit for each project and present vetted candidates to project teams or clients. Manage costs to ensure alignment with project budgets. Collaborate with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows, resolve resource issues, and optimize utilization. Monitor resource availability, communication, and performance to meet project demands efficiently. General Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience as Vendor Manager, Resource Manager, or Account Manager in the language industry. Excellent communication skills, especially in client interactions, with the ability to build trust and foster long-term relationships. Strong analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate performance, and make informed decisions. Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to adapt quickly. Proficiency in computer and web technologies. Highly motivated with a results-oriented and goal-focused mindset. Ability to manage stress, perform under pressure, and handle substantial workloads efficiently.
