Legal Specialist

Job Opportunity: Legal Specialist Eleventy World S.r.l., a leading Italian company in the fashion retail sector, is seeking a Legal Specialist with 3-4 years of experience, preferably in fashion or retail. The selected candidate will report directly to the General Counsel and assist in all legal activities of the company. Key Responsibilities: Negotiate and draft sector-specific contracts (franchising, selective distribution, supply, licensing, services, etc.). Protect the intellectual property portfolio. Manage litigation and liaise with external legal advisors. Ensure corporate compliance regarding privacy and Legislative Decree 231/2001. Handle insurance coverage obligations. Support corporate secretarial activities: board meetings, minutes, social books, powers of attorney. Assist with extraordinary operations such as company formation/acquisitions. Requirements: Law degree (Jurisprudence). 3-4 years of legal experience, preferably in fashion/retail. Deep knowledge of commercial and corporate law. Experience in managing and negotiating sector-specific contracts. Knowledge of compliance regulations (privacy, Legislative Decree 231/2001). Excellent written and spoken English skills. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Sense of responsibility, problem-solving, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
