Job Purpose The prime responsibility of the role is to proactively develop business strategies across regions to drive profitable growth and increase penetration in Sales and Demand Creation, resulting in market share gain globally. Effective communication and negotiation skills are essential to position Future’s value and demonstrate the company's full capabilities. What the role involves: Develop global strategy and implement site tactics in conjunction with regional personnel to drive revenue and increase gross profit margin. Understand customer needs and challenges; formulate regional strategies; develop relationships with senior management through regular visits. Present Future’s value proposition, including Value-Added Solutions and Corporate Initiatives, to enhance service capabilities. Work with management to set and monitor sales and margin budgets globally, aiming to outperform industry growth. Drive key supplier initiatives to meet corporate commitments. Provide high-level customer service regarding quotes, product availability, lead times, and delivery queries. Engage the Field Application Engineering team to capitalize on sell opportunities. Candidate requirements: Proven sales track record in electronics distribution for at least five years; degree educated, preferably with technical or business background. Understanding of technical teams; achievement of design integrations is a plus. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Highly organized, accurate, able to work under pressure, and attentive to detail. Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
