Mission Support the Portfolio Manager in providing expertise across all project phases, including Engineering, Design, Research & Technology, focusing on cost, schedule, risk, and change management. Aim to provide portfolio analysis and rebalancing, considering risk and time-to-benefit factors. Guide continuous assessment of processes within R&D planning departments, ensuring proper execution of product development processes (Gates and Phases), strategic product planning, Agile, and ASPICE. Align R&D and Research & Technology roadmaps with strategic objectives. Ensure process uniformity and provide strategic vision. Establish KPIs and generate reports for regular follow-up on investment performance, project status, and R&D activities. Report To Hierarchically reports to the R&D Manager. Main Responsibilities Guide the PMO and Competence team departments. Promote synergies and best practices across departments. Communicate portfolio status regularly to management. Participate in R&D management, providing strategic direction. Ensure investments align with strategic company directions. Contribute to strategic product planning, anticipating challenges, and developing proactive solutions. Ensure timely and quality product roadmaps (R&D and Technology). Align R&T activities with R&D efforts across all product development phases. Manage department resources, provide feedback, delegate tasks, and monitor workloads. Develop training plans for resources. Promote and embody corporate culture and strategy. Lead with inspiration, motivate teams, foster a growth mindset, and maintain a positive environment. Communicate vision effectively, build trust, and contribute to the company's success. Qualifications PMP Certification. Deep understanding of Agile methodologies. Knowledge of Process Phase/Gates methodologies for product development (PDP). People management skills, with experience overseeing teams both directly and indirectly. Structured, organized, and team-oriented. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to travel as needed. Proactive and willing to go the extra mile. Resilient under stress. Minimum 10 years of project management experience, with significant experience managing complex, multi-brand portfolios. Comprehensive understanding of risk and change management.
