Partner with the best As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will: Ensure the organization maximizes short- and long-term revenue, profit, and cash collection. Guarantee flawless execution for on-time delivery, contract adherence, and cash collection. Ensure jobs are executed in line with customer expectations and contract terms. Responsibilities include: Protecting health, safety, and the environment. Following applicable processes and cultural pillars. Understanding and leveraging contracts and quotes. Coordinating and monitoring all job activities across organizational boundaries. Scheduling and dispatching resources according to job requirements. Managing client relationships during job preparation, execution, and closeout. Following proper processes to mitigate risks and meet client objectives. Ensuring invoices align with contracts and timely cash collection. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or relevant apprenticeship and experience. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle tactical execution with urgency. Ability to manage multiple projects proactively in a fast-changing environment. Fluency in Italian and English. Excellent communication, customer service, and leadership skills.
