Senior Product Compliance Associate with Spanish, RISC Ops Job ID: 2990038 | Amazon Development Center (Romania) S.R.L. The RISC Ops team is at the heart of our customer safety practices in Amazon. As a Senior Product Compliance Associate, you’ll work closely with a wide variety of Amazon colleagues and external vendors. In this role, every day is an opportunity to learn more about the complexities of compliance. Successful candidates will be offered a 1-year Fixed Term Contract. Key job responsibilities Classify products based on their potential hazardous risk, for regulatory storage and transportation purposes. Identify and remove any products from our website that violate policies. Work with the legal and quality team to ensure the high standard of safety and compliance. Follow standard operating procedures to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Work closely with mentors and managers to develop your skills and potential. Propose process improvements. Train and mentor other associates. Communicate with stakeholders from different countries and cultures. Analyze metrics, interpret trends, and propose corrective actions. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma High level of English proficiency (B2) Proficiency in Spanish (B1) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 1-2 years of experience in data-driven business processes Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and Excel Experience in outsourcing business processes and database management Decision-making ability in unclear contexts Extensive internet and search engine skills Attention to detail Ability to analyze large data sets and identify patterns Amazon is an equal opportunity employer.
