Senior Information Technology Engineer

My client is a succesful Managed Serviced Provider based in the North West, Wigan / Bolton area looking to further strengthen their infrastructure team. As a experienced 3rd Line Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting and advancing our clients' technology infrastructure. You're responsibilities would include Microsoft 365 Administration DNS & Email Security Network Management Hands-On Work Microsoft 365 Migrations Active Directory & GPO Ideally, you will have Minimum of 3 years in a 3rd Line Support or similar position, ideally in an MSP environment. Strong experience in Microsoft 365, Intune , and endpoint management. Proficiency in DNS management and configuring DMARC, DKIM, and SPF for email security. Solid understanding of networking , including firewalls and VLANs . Ability to use basic power tools for basic infrastructure installations. Experience with Microsoft 365 migrations from Google Workspace and GoDaddy. Strong knowledge of Active Directory and GPOs . Excellent communication skills and a passion for technology.
