Product Lead

Salt are working with a leading Software scale-up shaping B2B2C products for Enterprise customers. They are at a pivotal phase of growth, on the verge of scaling rapidly and expanding their global reach and audience into new geographies. They are looking for a Product Leader to manage multiple Product squads focusing on their Enterprise customer experience. You'll bridge the gap between Product and market execution, maintaining a strategic focus in driving commercial value and ROI. The role would suit experienced an experienced Product Leader, adept at driving vision and strategy whilst identifying commercial growth opportunities within their existing and external customer base. You'll also bring some established people management experience, managing multiple direct reports (5-10). You'll be joining a team talented Product Org with a breadth of experience spanning household names and start-ups/ scale-ups. Here are a few key requirements: Experience shipping B2B or B2B2C products successfully, at scale. Proven experience driving product strategy and impacting commercial metrics. Experience across the full product lifecycle, from pricing through to GTM. Entrepreneurial Start-up or scale-up experience would also be preferable.
