Loyalty Manager Up to £45,000 | Full-Time Are you passionate about cosmetics and customer retention? We’re looking for a dynamic Loyalty Manager to lead and evolve a loyalty strategy, drive customer engagement and lifetime value for a fast-growing cosmetics brand. With exciting growth happening across customer and digital functions, this is a fantastic time to join the team and play a key role in shaping how we connect with and retain our customers. Key responsibilities: Own and optimise loyalty and CRM programmes Create targeted campaigns to increase retention and repeat purchase Use insights and data to improve customer segmentation and engagement Work closely with marketing, digital, and product teams What we’re looking for: Experience managing loyalty or CRM programmes, ideally in beauty, fashion, or FMCG Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or another ESP Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing Data-driven mindset with a creative flair
