Job Description: Salesforce Lightning Delivery Lead (Remote, Europe) Position : Salesforce Lightning Delivery Manager / Product Owner / Architect Location : Remote (Candidates must be based in Europe) Start Date : ASAP Rate : Open Client : Leading Manufacturing Company in Switzerland/Germany Contract Duration: 12 months Overview: We’re seeking an experienced Salesforce Lightning Delivery Expert to lead a critical workstream in a major SAP S/4HANA transformation program . You will oversee the Salesforce Lightning stream, working between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate commercial requirements into successful delivery. This role suits a hands-off Architect , Product Owner , or Delivery Manager with strong Salesforce Lightning experience and familiarity with SAP environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead the Salesforce Lightning (SSL) workstream as part of an enterprise-wide S/4HANA program Act as the key interface between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams Gather, refine, and translate functional requirements into actionable specifications Ensure smooth delivery and integration of Salesforce Lightning with SAP S/4HANA (SAP’s cloud product) Align Salesforce capabilities with broader transformation goals Work closely with IBM delivery and client-side teams to ensure timelines and quality Provide high-level architectural or configuration input where required (hands-off role) Requirements: Strong commercial experience delivering Salesforce Lightning projects (PO, PM, Delivery Manager, or Architect background) Proven ability to gather and translate business needs into IT deliverables Experience working in enterprise-scale transformation programs Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Fluent English (German a bonus) Nice to Have: Experience with Salesforce–SAP integration Background in manufacturing or industrial sectors Familiarity with IBM project environments Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or large ERP environments
