Senior Finance & Tax Specialist

ASUS is looking for a Senior Finance & Tax Specialist who is passionate about financial management and has extensive knowledge of European indirect tax regulations. Job Responsibilities Monthly and Annual Financial Closing: Responsible for the monthly and annual financial closing processes, including the preparation of financial statements. Prepare and submit the required financial and accounting information for the Headquarters on a monthly basis. Generate internal analysis reports for management review VAT Filing: Review all related documents for monthly and annual VAT(NL OSS and other EU countries) filings. Coordinate with external consultants to ensure compliance and accuracy. Annual Income Tax Audit and Filing: Manage the annual income tax audit and filing processes. Act as the primary contact point with the Dutch Tax Authorities, addressing and resolving any disputes or issues. Reconciliation: Reconcile EBS (Oracle) reports with Magento sales reports to ensure data accuracy. Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations and requirements Qualifications and background Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Proven experience in financial reporting, VAT filing, and tax compliance Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and coordination abilities 4 or more years of experience in accounting and tax is highly preferred *Disclaimer: When you submit your information to LinkedIn, your information will be collected, processed, and used by LinkedIn.
