Job Experience & Skills Required: BCom Accounting or similar (Honours or CA(SA) preferred) Minimum 5 years relevant experience in finance, with at least 23 years in a senior accounting role within asset management, investments, or financial services Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, and compliance Experience in monthly reporting, reconciliations, management accounts, and audit preparation Exposure to fund accounting, NAV calculations, and investment reporting is advantageous Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Sage, or similar).
