Customer Service Agent - (Shipping / Export)

We are looking for a Customer Service Agent with 3 years of experience in the shipping/export industry to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for CRM duties within the shipping/export division, including managing export documentation, shipment bookings, liaising with service providers, providing quotes, attending meetings, and maintaining client relationships. Matric Essential Able to work in S/Subs essential Shipping or Export expereince not negotiable Immediate starter but will negotiate around notice period
