Job Description
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: National Diploma in Administration / Commerce / Arts 3 years working experience of which 2 years must be at an executive support, administrative, general office management or related secretariat role The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Completion of COR39 and submission thereof Compiling company registers and providing good governance support Receive and draft correspondence responses Admin support to company secretary Draft minutes Facilitate payments and arrange logistics for governance office Screen calls and handle enquiries File and retrieve documents Organize and attend meetings Coordinate procurement processes and generate orders / payments Maintain / distribute resolutions and compile governance status reports Acknowledge correspondence and assist staff with adhering to regulatory frameworks Make travel and accommodation arrangements and maintain good relations with travel agents Coordinate processing subsistence & travel claims Organize / arrange functions / workshops Arrangement stakeholder appointments Follow up or confirm attendance with all required attendees Ensure completion of attendance registers Salary: R219 500 R290 500 per annum
