Telesales Consultant - Langebaan, Western Cape

Responsibilities Drive sales by contacting potential or existing customers to promote products and services. Assist walk-in clients with product advice and small project cost/quantity estimations. Follow up on quotations to close deals and support future sales. Resolve customer issues by liaising with relevant departments. Support the Sales Representative in the absence of the Sales Coordinator by preparing estimations, quotations, and sales orders. Provide relief support at the sales counter as required. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Ensure excellent customer service and a professional, solution-driven approach. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role, ideally in the building industry. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, particularly via phone. Strong knowledge of building materials and related products. Familiarity with sales and communication tools (e.g., Retail IQ software, telephone and email systems). Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle customer complaints with professionalism. Ability to learn and confidently explain products and services to prospects.
