Organisational Development Practitioner

Join a leading manufacturing team as an Organisational Development Practitioner in the Western Cape! In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating the current organisational culture by collecting data, identifying opportunities and challenges, and developing appropriate OD interventions. Your expertise in performance management systems, training impact analysis, and SOP development will be essential in driving organisational improvement and alignment. You will also lead and facilitate feedback sessions to support continuous development across the group. To succeed in this role, you should have a relevant degree in Industrial Psychology or Human Resource Management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience as an OD Generalist or HR Generalist. At least 3 years of relevant experience in training and development. A valid drivers licence is required. Strong facilitation skills, especially in conflict situations, along with integrity and professionalism, will be valuable to thrive in this position.
