Job Description
To provide dedicated and effective secretarial and administrative services to support the Process Manager Operations, ensuring the efficient operation of the Process Operations Department. Duties: Manage the Process Manager Operations diary and execution of day-to day functions effectively. Manage correspondence, schedule meetings, maintain records, prepare reports, and coordinate departmental communications. Act as a key point of contact, handling confidential information with discretion. Compile information and generate associated technical and/or administrative reports. Undertake a variety of administrative and secretarial tasks associated with meetings. Assemble appropriate material for meetings and conferences. Co-ordinate travel arrangements both nationally and internationally. Assist in other areas as delegated by the Process Manager Operations. Requirements: Matric is essential. Post Matric qualification in a Secretarial/Administration field or equivalent. Five years secretarial and administrative experience. SAP knowledge is essential. Advanced Computer literacy in MS Office Suite. Report writing and consolidation experience Knowledge: Office management and administration SAP knowledge Computer literacy in MS Office Suite Skills: Strong communication (verbal and written) skills People management Report writing Minute taking Time Management Problem solving Analytical ability Attitude: Excellent initiative Telephone etiquette Quality conscious Ability to safeguard sensitive information Deadline oriented Ability to work independently Ability to work under pressure
