Senior Software Developer

Our client, a respected South African software company, is seeking experienced Senior Software Developers to join their team in either Cape Town or Durban on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for senior professionals with strong skills in C# and React, who are passionate about delivering complex, high-quality software solutions. This is a senior-level position requiring technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications. The successful candidates will work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to architecture and design, and mentor junior developers, driving innovation and best practices. Requirements: · Minimum 5 years experience in software development with expertise in C# and/or React. · Strong understanding of software design principles, architecture, and SDLC. · Proven leadership and mentoring experience within development teams. · Ability to deliver reliable, secure, maintainable, and user-friendly solutions. · Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. · Commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. · Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
