Business Analyst

A progressive fintech company headquartered in Johannesburg is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join their onsite team. This organisation is focused on financial inclusion and innovation across insurance, telecommunications, and digital payments, serving a rapidly growing client base through cutting-edge digital platforms. This role offers the chance to bridge business needs with technology solutions, driving impactful improvements that enhance user experiences and operational efficiency. Requirements: · Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. · 4 years experience in a Business Analyst or related role. · Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. · Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams. · Proficiency with BPMN, UML, process modeling, and business analysis frameworks. · Experience in test planning and supporting functional and user acceptance testing (UAT). · Knowledge of user journey design and impact mapping. · Exposure to ERP systems and fintech platforms (advantageous). Nice to Have: · Understanding of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines. · Familiarity with system integration, APIs, and software architecture. · Knowledge of user authentication and authorization concepts across systems.
