Assistant Head Guide

The individual will be driving for 14 days during the 21-day cycle and will cover Head Guide duties for the remaining 7 days. Depending on occupancy levels, they may also be required to drive during those 7 days. Candidate Requirements: Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Guide at a 5* establishment, and/or leadership roles within the guiding industry FGASA NQF4, and Full Trails All Guiding documentation (First Aid, FGASA, DEAT, PDP, ARH etc) must be fully up to date and valid Possession of a valid drivers license & PDP is essential Must be computer literate Must be mature, confident, stable, and an analytical thinker Must be a natural leader Strong decision-making abilities under pressure Passion for the outdoors and client satisfaction Commitment to safety and environmental sustainability Must be well-presented and well-spoken Must reference incredibly well Package: This is a live-in position, meals and uniform included. Work cycle - 3 weeks on / 1 week off Salary range: R13-15kpm plus gratuities
