Junior Farm Manager

Hydroponic and open land farm outside East London in the Eastern Cape is wanting to employ an energetic and motivated individual as a Junior Farm Manager. A degree or diploma in agriculture would be advantageous. Ability to manage staff/work performance doing various tasks ( up to 50 people in season) Harvesting Manage performance of harvesting team/QC fruit and communicate with packhouse Scouting of crops Managing Spray team and execution of application Code 10 Speak English and Xhosa Work history and references 8-15k Depending on experience
