Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage all lodge departments including front-of-house, housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance, and guest activities. Deliver and maintain a world-class guest experience with personalized service. Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards. Manage budgets, stock control, and procurement. Liaise with owners, guests, and suppliers professionally and efficiently. Requirements: Minimum 35 years of experience managing a luxury lodge or boutique hotel. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Excellent knowledge of hospitality standards and safari operations. Proficiency in lodge management systems Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage. Passion for wildlife, conservation, and exceptional guest service. Willingness to live in a remote area and work flexible hours.
