Key Accounts Manager

Job Responsibilities: Collaborating with internal teams including production, marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver value-added services and solutions to these customers Keeping track and supervising all communication between key customers and other departments within the organization Understand the needs, objectives, and challenges of key accounts, and develop customized solutions to address their requirements Conduct regular meetings and communications with key accounts to review performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for collaboration and expansion - swiftly resolving any issues that key customers may have Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key accounts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and policies Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and industry developments related to key accounts, and adjust strategies accordingly Provide timely and accurate reporting on key account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to management and internal stakeholders Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the scope of services or products offered to key accounts Resolve issues and conflicts with key accounts in a timely and effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and communications with key accounts in CRM systems or databases Provide feedback and input to internal teams on product enhancements, marketing strategies, and customer requirements based on insights from key accounts Job Requirements: 12 or equivalent Proficient in MS Office Ability to communicate well in English both written and verbal 3 or more years of experience Attention to detail Previous experience in a similar essential Preferably from a manufacturing environment Tertiary qualifications preferred
