Job Description

Responsibilities: Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the Project Quality & Safety Plan, contract requirements, including drawings and specifications Establish and implement controls to ensure that works are carried out safely according to the works programme Overseeing the construction activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work program. Ensure that all corrective action or preventive action is implemented effectively and quality records are properly maintained Coordinate with all parties and support site construction progress. Assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of work Assist Project Manager in monthly progress claims and monthly progress reports. Monitor and control progress to make sure that turnover and cost is in line with master construction program Checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations and highlight discrepancies Be responsible for the planning and scheduling of time for project in-charge Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline, recognized by Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore At least 5 years’ relevant experience with good experience in infrastructure projects Able to lead and work independently. Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude Strong business acumen with strong analytical skills Strong communication, negotiation and planning skills Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment J-18808-Ljbffr
