l About the Role We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in user growth to join our team and lead the development and execution of user growth strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internet product growth, advertising, data analysis, and team management, with the ability to drive user growth through innovative marketing tactics and data-driven approaches. l Key Responsibilities 1. Develop and execute user growth strategies through SEO, content marketing, and advertising to achieve user growth targets. 2. Promote the company's products and manage the entire process from concept to market, including market research, user needs analysis, and product positioning. 3. Use data analysis tools to assess product performance and market performance, propose improvements, and enhance user experience and product competitiveness. 4. Collaborate closely with product, technology, design, and other departments to ensure smooth product development and promotio。 5. Manage the growth team, set team goals, guide team members to complete project tasks, and improve the overall team capabilities. l Job Requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering Management, Marketing, Data Analysis, or related fields. 2. Minimum 3 years of experience in user growth or related fields, with experience in internet product growth, advertising, and data analysis preferred. 3. Proficiency in SEO, content marketing, advertising, and other growth strategies, with the ability to use data analysis tools (such as SQL, Python) for data-driven decision-making. 4. Strong project management and team collaboration skills, with the ability to handle complex multi-stakeholder projects. 5.
