Retained Confidential Search – Regional Franchise Director, Emerging Asia Based in Singapore Argyll Scott is retained on a confidential mandate to appoint the next Regional Franchise Director for Emerging Asia at a leading global consumer group . Based in its regional hub in Singapore , this role comes with full commercial accountability for the assigned strategically critical franchise markets in Emerging Asia. You will manage a team of key account leads and partner closely with senior leadership to accelerate performance, strengthen market execution, and optimise franchise partnerships. Key responsibilities Own commercial delivery and P&L across priority franchise markets in Emerging Asia Lead and develop a regional team of Key Account Managers Strengthen commercial governance and franchise partner alignment Coordinate with regional CoEs (marketing, finance, supply chain) to ensure end-to-end delivery Report to the Asia Regional Managing Director Key requirements Commercial leader with a track record in distributor, franchise, or partner-led models Strong cross-market execution in matrixed, multi-stakeholder settings Experience navigating complex partnerships in South and Southeast Asia (preferred) Background in consumer sectors (e.g., retail, lifestyle, FMCG) with sharp commercial acumen Regional leadership experience with operational breadth and stakeholder savvy Due to the confidential nature of this mandate, company details will be shared only at advanced stages.
