They are looking to hire a Director, Transformation Lead – COO Office to drive strategic, cross-functional initiatives across client experience, product, compliance, and regulatory change. Based in Singapore, this role partners closely with front office, technology, risk, and compliance teams to deliver business-led transformation with technology enablement at its core. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation programs across client, product, and regulatory domains Drive cross-functional collaboration between business, tech, operations, and compliance stakeholders Identify process gaps and implement scalable, tech-enabled solutions Manage program governance, stakeholder engagement, and adoption efforts Support regulatory readiness and business alignment across markets Requirements: 10 years of experience in transformation, COO, or project leadership roles within private banking or financial services Strong understanding of private banking products, client lifecycle, and regulatory change Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills Fluent in Mandarin to support Chinese client desk and cross-border initiatives Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field To Apply: Please send your resume to Emily Tan at et@empowerpartners.sg , quoting the job title.
