Press Tab to Move to Skip to Content Link You will be responsible for driving and contributing to projects and initiatives supporting CIB Business Development. Responsibilities Drive definition and planning for key initiatives across CIB client portfolio and proposition. Identify ways to efficiently allocate Bank resources across CIB client base. Identify improvements in the way we gather and use client insights to drive key decisions. Drive improvements to the size and shape of our CIB client portfolio. Independently execute the team’s priorities across the Bank. Align CIB behind a single CIB client segmentation, tiering, and value proposition. Drive approach to Client Onboarding and Offboarding with a profitability lens. Drive tangible improvements to the execution and delivery of our proposition. Support Frontline teams to execute growth initiatives for key clients. Support wider team on data analysis and presentations. Produce materials suitable for CIB Management Team. Ideally, have experience in a strategic commercial role within Wholesale Banking (e.g., Coverage, CIB Products) or strategy consulting (e.g., BCG, McKinsey, Bain, Oliver Wyman, In-House). Have a track record of driving demonstrable commercial change within current/previous roles or teams. Possess 3 years of relevant work experience in an analytical role, preferably in financial services sector. Have strong problem-solving skills. Ability to frame and assess ambiguous/complex problems (such as client segmentation and value proposition) in simple, understandable terms. Effective communication of complex ideas, both verbally and in writing. Ability to work independently and proactively to drive results across the Bank. Work effectively with people at all levels in an organization, including Management. Collaborate well within a team environment. Write concise, clear presentation slides and independently assess large datasets.
