You will lead a team of talents, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Additionally, you will take on the role of a Product Owner, ensuring that our products meet user needs and align with the company's strategic goals. Responsibilities ABOUT YOUR TASKS Act as a Product Owner, defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure products meet user needs and business goals, ensuring all information is managed with full transparency on Jira and Confluence. Collaborate with cross-functional multiculture teams, including designers, QA, and product managers, to ensure project success and alignment with Agile principles. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices ensuring state-of-the-art electronic modules and Agile methodologies. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery. Lead a team of firmware, hardware cloud and mobile developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Drive the development of new electronic control modules & IoT solutions: technical specification, functionality, reliability, manufacturability, safety. Ensure the present electronic platforms business continuation solving obsolescence issues and driving value analysis cost reduction projects. Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms. Define, together with SQA team, test strategy and understand tests results. Ensure that new products, concepts, modules (HW, FW, SW) are in line with the architectures and product strategy at Global level, having a strong collaborative relationship with AD&T Global Electronic Department. Support standardization by ensuring that new development fit into the platforms and subsystem structures. Qualifications ABOUT YOU Bachelor’s degree in Electronics. Proven experience in FW and SW coding principles and practices. Previous leadership experience in a software development environment. Fundamentals of Cloud and App SW development. Proven experience in Embedded Systems development (microcontrollers, ADCs, PWMs, communication, protocols etc etc). Ability to convert high level requirements in technical specification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional Agile team. Product Owner or experience in product management Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Pragmatic, business driven.
