Job Overview MSC Cruises, the world’s third-largest cruise brand, is seeking an experienced Adobe AEM Solution Architect to join our Digital Technology team within a Digital Transformation context. This role involves designing and implementing scalable, secure, and optimized Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions for enterprise projects. Location Based in Naples or Milan , with up to 2 days remote work per week. Key Responsibilities Design and develop comprehensive AEM solutions aligned with business goals. Architect large-scale AEM implementations ensuring scalability and performance. Provide technical guidance and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Lead and mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices. Optimize AEM solutions for performance, security, and high traffic handling. Collaborate with stakeholders for seamless project delivery. Stay updated with Adobe ecosystem trends and drive innovation. Ensure compliance with security standards and data protection regulations like GDPR. Provide training and support to internal teams on Adobe AEM. Qualifications 10 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) architecture. Proven ability to architect complex enterprise AEM solutions. Strong knowledge of web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, REST APIs). Experience integrating AEM with enterprise systems like CRM and marketing tools. Familiarity with cloud services (Adobe Cloud, Azure, AWS). Leadership skills in mentoring development teams. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. Relevant Adobe certifications preferred. Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields. Fluent in English; additional EU languages are a plus.
