District Manager

KMD, Master Dealer SKY is seeking to hire 3 District Managers to exclusively develop and manage SKY operations in the regions of Calabria, Campania, and Puglia. The roles will be responsible for: Ensuring constant monitoring of the commercial objectives of the assigned area. Maintaining a proper oversight of the sales network, identifying development opportunities. Supporting and motivating sales staff within their area to promote the services offered. Providing feedback on qualitative and quantitative elements to support the growth of assigned points of sale. Conducting scouting activities to find new suitable points of sale for the operators' services. Ideal candidates have: Significant experience in the Telecommunications/Energy sector. Strong goal-oriented mindset. Ability to operate within an organized and structured company environment. Leadership skills and ability to guide teams. Knowledge of various B2B channels.
