Demand Planner

It employs approximately 300 employees and markets its products in over 60 countries. We are seeking a Demand Planner to join the Sales & Operations function. Role Responsibilities and Objectives: Develop demand plans and improve KPI accuracy; Collaborate with stakeholders (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, Supply Planning) to ensure proper execution of the S&OP process; Work with the project team to enhance DP and S&OP processes and tools. Main Activities: Create forecasts by combining statistical predictions with internal and external market and customer information (both quantitative and qualitative); Help evolve forecasting tools and demand planning strategies to improve reliability; Coordinate with the Supply Planning team to evaluate procurement timings and processes, including internal purchasing procedures; Integrate information from various functions during meetings; Manage the main plan and modifications based on external inputs and system integration; Maintain constant communication with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Distribution Planning teams to understand demand drivers; Handle reporting, variance analysis, and forecasting; Manage product lifecycle information and phase-in/phase-out strategies; Oversee inventory management, including stock rotation, product coverage, obsolescence risk, and forecast accuracy. Desired Experience and Skills: At least 2-3 years of experience in similar roles; Excellent analytical skills; Strong sense of responsibility and results-oriented mindset; Organizational skills; Fluent in English (written and spoken); Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; Experience with integrated planning tools; Previous use of SAP.
