More at www.kappa.com Who We’re Looking For We are looking for a new Head of Kappa Marketing – Direct Markets to join Kappa at BasicNet Group’s headquarters in Turin. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing, has a deep understanding of market trends, and is capable of creating and implementing brand communication strategies across all consumer touchpoints globally. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the go-to-market plan for direct markets across various channels, defining the marketing calendar, managing the budget, and tracking results to evaluate the effectiveness of each initiative. Manage relationships with key licensees to support the development and monitoring of their marketing plans and related investments. Integrate product and collection launches, co-branding initiatives, sponsorships, ambassadors, special projects, and events into the communication calendar, working closely with operational marketing to define support strategies and measure ROI in terms of visibility. Coordinate all communication activities across relevant consumer touchpoints. Oversee the media plan and manage advertising investments. Supervise the editorial plan for social media channels. Coordinate PR activities and product placement initiatives. Supervise and coordinate product and collection launches across all channels (e-commerce, wholesale, retail). Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in the fashion or lifestyle industry Proven experience in leading teams (at least 3 people) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Strong ability to develop and execute global brand communication strategies across all consumer touchpoints The position is based in Turin, Italy (Largo Maurizio Vitale, n.1) Kappa is committed to creating a supportive and motivating work environment, promoting collaboration and open dialogue, welcoming every voice and idea.
