Your Mission As our Operations Director , you’ll be the glue that connects our vision to execution. You’ll work side-by-side with the CEO to build smart processes, deliver projects flawlessly, and keep the company running smoothly as we grow. ️ What You'll Do Strategy & Planning Turn our business roadmap into actionable plans and KPIs Keep us aligned, on target, and moving forward Operational Execution Oversee daily operations across product, pilots, and customer delivery Keep projects on track and ensure happy customers Finance & Admin Manage budgets, reporting, and financial planning with our advisors Support fundraising, grants, and investor reporting Team & Culture Set up smart workflows, onboarding processes, and internal tools Help shape a strong, people-first company culture Vendors & Partners Build solid relationships with service providers and partners Lead negotiations, contracts, and vendor management What We’re Looking For Experience 8 years in operations, general management, or project leadership Background in startups, scale-ups, or innovation teams Bonus if you know construction tech, SaaS, or AI Skills Super organized and data-driven Strong communicator and team player Comfortable with ambiguity—gets stuff done Mindset Entrepreneurial spirit with high ownership Thinks like a builder, acts like a leader Loves rolling up sleeves and making things better every day Why Join NowVision?
