You introduce innovative payment processes for car dealer groups and other industries. You are responsible for training operational managers (remotely/on-site) on product usage . You identify potential stumbling blocks in the onboarding process and work with customers and colleagues to resolve them. You oversee upgrades of our solution for existing clients. You help improve our product and processes through close customer contact. Your profile You have at least 5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, with proven successful projects. You work in a structured and meticulous manner, even under stress, managing multiple tasks efficiently. You communicate clearly and confidently at C-level, even in tense situations. You are willing to travel to customer sites. You are native or bilingual in Italian, proficient in business English, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
