Job Description The selected candidate will be employed in the Contract Management department within Customer Support Services area and will be responsible for: Managing helicopter aftersales contracts Working in close collaboration with the Customer Support Account Manager, Sales Manager, and logistics department Coordinating internal departments to ensure proper and timely performance and fulfillment of contractual obligations Following all administrative steps to finalize delivery/acceptance and ensure on-time payment The candidate will also serve as the customer focal point, managing relationships with customer representatives, providing effective communication channels, and responding to requests and expectations. He/She will proactively identify potential issues during contract execution and coordinate necessary departments to fulfill contractual requirements and customer expectations. The Ideal Candidate Would Have The Following Requirements A technical or business degree; a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Strategic Science at Military Application School of the Italian Army or S.U.I.S.S. of Torino University is an advantage Ability to draft contract proposals and complex correspondence Very good verbal and written skills in English Availability to travel Seniority Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Management and Manufacturing Industries Defense and Space Manufacturing J-18808-Ljbffr
