You will introduce innovative payment processes for car dealer groups and other industries. You are responsible for training operational managers (remotely/on-site) on our product usage . You identify potential obstacles in the onboarding process and work with customers and colleagues to resolve them. You will oversee upgrades of our solutions for existing clients. Through close customer contact, you contribute to continuous product and process improvement . Your profile You have at least 5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, with proven successful projects. You possess a structured, organized approach, even under stress, managing multiple tasks effectively. You communicate clearly and confidently at C-level, even in tense situations. You are willing to travel to customer sites. You are native or bilingual in Italian, proficient in business English, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
