We are looking for a STORE MANAGER (Full-time - Milan) for our new store in Milan. WHAT YOUR DAY AT POP MART WILL BE LIKE You are a manager with a strong orientation towards business and customer satisfaction. You know how to develop and supervise a team, resolve conflicts, and are dynamic, flexible, smart, and a problem solver. Your love of fieldwork, management experience, and analytical skills will be key to your daily goals. You are passionate about retail. Main responsibilities : Support the area manager in daily activities by contributing to the store's commercial and HR strategy. Manage your shop comprehensively. Plan, implement, and monitor measures to achieve and exceed sales objectives. Ensure merchandising standards are met and optimize sales space for profitability. Manage stock levels in compliance with replenishment cycles and strategies. Maintain good product and fashion knowledge, and apply brand and seasonal visual merchandising standards. Supervise customer reception according to POP MART guidelines. Coordinate commercial activities such as events, launches, and campaigns. Train new team members and support their growth. Promote effective communication within the sales team. Monitor team performance using KPIs and achieve store objectives. Analyze customer behavior KPIs. Ensure departmental targets and budgets are met. Adhere to company procedures and policies. Qualifications: City citizenship or work permit required. 5-10 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in dynamic multinational retail contexts. Knowledge of trade KPIs, budget management, and reporting. Agility, dynamism, and problem-solving skills. Results-oriented with team management skills. Bachelor's or master's degree preferred.
