Job Description We are currently seeking a Team Leader – Customer Service for our Vimercate office, for a maternity replacement . The Customer Service team supports customers with inquiries and issues. The candidate will be responsible for leading the Customer Service team, with main responsibilities including: Managing the team daily; Analyzing and evaluating KPIs to optimize operational processes and activities; Monitoring individual and team goals; Providing ongoing training and support to develop team members’ skills; Leading the team to ensure excellent service to existing customers, including direct involvement. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience managing a telesales team; Goal-oriented work ability; Strong communication and time management skills; Excellent knowledge of English; Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
