Drive Digital Growth for a Premium Brand : E-commerce Manager Join a growing international brand crafting premium , minimalist products since 2013. We blend innovative technology with contemporary style, achieving significant global recognition in the premium yet accessible space. We're seeking a dynamic E-commerce Manager to lead our digital strategy and accelerate online growth. Location : Based in Milan, we welcome applications from candidates from EU & UK who can commit to a 6 days per month in our office. Travel expenses will be covered. About You : You're a results-driven e-commerce expert passionate about elevating brands in the premium yet accessible market. You excel at optimizing the online customer journey, boosting conversion, and building customer loyalty for product-focused businesses. The Role : You'll own our entire digital presence, from website experience (Shopify) to user engagement and retention. Your focus will be on improving key metrics through A / B testing, merchandising, cross-selling, and implementing a loyalty program. This is a hands-on role requiring a strategic and commercial mindset to capitalize on the unique opportunities within our brand and market position. Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy to drive significant revenue growth in the premium yet accessible sector. Optimize the Shopify Plus website for an exceptional user experience and conversion. Implement A / B testing, cross-selling, and a loyalty program. Develop engaging product stories to connect with our audience. Collaborate with other teams to enhance customer engagement. Analyze online consumer behavior and implement UX best practices. What You'll Bring : Proven success in managing and growing e-commerce for product-centric brands, ideally within the premium yet accessible space. Strong understanding of the online customer in the premium-yet-accessible market. A track record of achieving significant digital revenue growth (ideally taking a brand to £7-20 million digital revenue, representing at least 25% of total revenue). Expertise in website optimization, UX, and conversion rate optimization. Strong analytical and commercial acumen. Proactive, self-driven approach with a passion for building and improving processes.
