The Italy Sales Account Manager is a key member of the BioCatch commercial EMEA team. This role focuses on driving account management and sales activities within Italy’s Banking and Financial Services market: Managing tier 1 and tier 2 financial services accounts in Italy. Executing strategic account plans for new, up-sell, and cross-sell opportunities. Driving high customer satisfaction in these accounts. BioCatch seeks a dynamic, energetic, entrepreneurial sales professional to develop revenues from existing and new customers. The role involves managing the entire sales process from inception to closure, including identifying whitespace opportunities, prospecting, qualification, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals. Requirements Grow sales revenue from existing BioCatch accounts and develop new business within assigned target accounts. Implement strategic account plans, manage opportunities, and close deals while maintaining a consultative approach. Build strategic partnerships with customers, channel, and technology partners to support BioCatch’s GTM strategy. Collaborate with executive management and leadership to exceed sales targets and expand customer success. Work closely with the EMEA commercial team, including Business Development, Cyber Strategy, Pre-Sales/Sales Engineering, and Account Management, to maximize revenue and technology adoption while ensuring customer satisfaction. Enhance BioCatch’s brand within strategic accounts. Execute strategic sales and marketing activities and represent BioCatch at relevant events.
